Fighting Weight

Posted on January 13, 2022 by Steve Ainslie

Although it seems like it was forever and a day ago since I had my 2nd hernia surgery, it has actually only been 4 months.

In that time, I recovered my hernia surgery, I healed my chronically injured right shoulder and I got (and am slowly recovering from) elbow bursitis. Throughout this time I’ve been working out, with limitations. I’ve been swimming, with Advil. I’ve been walking the dog, with many bags of dog poop.

And suddenly so it seems, I’m back to my “fighting weight”.

After about 6 months of pre-surgery injuries and post surgery recovery, I am once again lean, ripped, muscular and working out at full strength.

Booyah.

It’s about f***ing time.
