Although it was really good for me to have Wiggles to bond with after Snickers died, I now realize it wasn’t the best for her. It wasn’t’t until I brought Sparkles home that I realized this.
I could give Wiggles all of my attention, long walks, trips to the park, great food, games for treats and lots of love. But something was missing – a playmate.
From the moment I introduced Sparkles to Wiggles, they played with each other. They wrestle. They play hide and seek. They play tug of war. They steal each other’s toys.
Getting Sparkles was one of the best things I’ve done in the past 5 years.
