How to lose weight.
Drop 5 lbs
- Become a widower.
- Exercise like a fiend.
- Stop going out to restaurants.
Drop 10 lbs
- Move into a camper and live off grid in the desert.
- Get groceries weekly from Walmarts that are far away.
- Don’t buy any processed foods or candy.
Drop 15 lbs
- Buy a house and sell the camper.
- Spend every waking moment exercising and doing home repairs.
- Buy only fresh food from a real grocery stores. No chips, ice cream or candy.
- Always eat alone.
I spent the last 30 years trying to reach my “ideal” weight I had when I was a 20 year old lifeguard.
I exercised like a madman. I counted calories. I did high carb and low carb. I ate 6 meals a day. I ate 2 meals a day. I became vegetarian.
Nothing I did worked until now. I’ve got abs for the first time in decades. My pants are all loose and I’ve dropped to 150 lbs. This is probably my ideal weight.
All it took was eating less and not caring at all.
I don’t recommend it.
