Shutting Down Inside Sales Dude

Posted on January 5, 2019December 31, 2021 by Steve Ainslie

As many of you know, 2018 was a rough year for my family. My wife was diagnosed with lung cancer in March 2018. After extensive treatment and far too much suffering, she died in December 2018.

Because my focus was taking care of her, I put the Inside Sales Dude blog and business on hold for most of the year.

Now, after nearly 30 years with my wife, I am on my own. Life is going to change for me. A lot.

  • I may be selling my house to downsize.
  • I am seeking a new job (and open to an entirely new career direction).
  • I am willing to relocate for the right opportunity.

As for my consulting business and blog, Inside Sales Dude, I have shut it down.

  1. I’ve copied my ISD blog articles to this site under the category “Sales Management”.
  2. I will no longer be sending the ISD newsletter. I sent this post to my subscribers as my final newsletter.
  3. I enjoyed consulting and will still consider still projects on a freelance basis.

If you want to discuss a project, a job opportunity or anything else, feel free to contact me here.

For my ISD friends and readers, it’s been a pleasure writing for you and working with some of you. I hope our paths cross again.

Until then, good luck and good selling,

Steve
